Shipping & Returns

Here you can find out how much shipping costs, how long it takes and how to return an order. The full terms are set out in the Terms and conditions.

Shipping

The shipping price depends on the destination and is shown in the cart before payment. There is a single shipping option per destination.

* From the time the order leaves our warehouse. We prepare orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates; in any event, we will deliver within 30 days at the latest from the purchase. If a product is awaiting restocking, we indicate this on its product page before you buy.

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If the parcel arrives damaged or opened, tell the carrier if possible and write to us as soon as possible at sales@simonehair.com.

Orders to the United States

• We ship to all US states except New Jersey. Shipping is €29.95 and free from €200; estimated delivery 4–8 working days after dispatch, with tracking.
• Prices are in euros (€). Your card or PayPal converts the amount to US dollars at its own exchange rate.
• The US now charges import duties on parcels of any value. Any duties or clearance fees are collected by the carrier or US Customs from the recipient and are not included in our price.

Shipments outside the EU and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

• Spanish VAT is deducted on the checkout page.
• The destination country or territory may charge the recipient customs duties, import taxes (such as local VAT, IGIC or IPSI) and customs clearance fees. These are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient to the carrier or to customs.
• Before buying, check that your country allows the import of hair and scalp care products for personal use.
• If you refuse the parcel or do not pay the destination taxes, we will refund the price of the products when the parcel returns to our warehouse, less the return charges the carrier bills us.

Returns and withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. You do not need prior authorisation.

1. Let us know within the withdrawal period using the “Withdraw from contract here” function (in the footer of every page), by email to sales@simonehair.com or with the model form below. Please state your order number.
2. Send us the products within the following 14 calendar days to TRICHOMEDIC LABS, S.L.U., Carretera de Ribes 186, Local 2, 08520 Les Franqueses del Vallès (Barcelona), Spain. We recommend a tracked shipment. The cost of returning the products is borne by you.
3. We refund your money, including the standard shipping costs you paid, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment. We may wait until we have received the products or until you send us proof of dispatch.

Products that cannot be returned: for reasons of hygiene and health protection, sealed dermocosmetic products cannot be returned if their seal, foil or safety cap has been opened after delivery. Nor can personalised products, or services already fully performed with your consent.

If you return products that have been used or handled beyond what is necessary to check them, we may deduct their diminished value from the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong products

If something arrives broken or defective, or is not what you ordered, write to us at sales@simonehair.com with the order number and, if possible, a photo. We will send you a replacement free of charge or refund the amount paid, and we will cover the shipping and return costs. You have a legal guarantee of three years from delivery.

Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You can also use the online function.
