Before you install.
Is the app really free?
Yes. SIMONE Hair Scanner is free to download and use, with no in-app purchases, no advertising and no subscription. If you decide to follow the protocol, the products are purchased separately from our online store.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You enter your first name and an email address (or WhatsApp number) so we can deliver your assessment, and that is all. There is no login and no password.
Is it available for iPhone?
Not yet. The app is currently Android-only. On iPhone or desktop you can use the same Advisor in your browser at our free online Hair Clinic.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. It is a dermocosmetic assessment of the apparent condition of your hair and scalp, designed to guide a care routine. If your case shows signs that should be seen by a doctor or dermatologist, we will tell you so expressly.
What happens to my photographs?
They are encrypted in transit, used only to assess your case, never shared with third parties and kept for a limited period, after which they are deleted automatically. You can request deletion at any time at [email protected].
Which languages does it support?
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Polish and Romanian. Your assessment and protocol are written in the language you choose.
