Attach the dermatoscope
Clip the SIMONE PRO DE-3100 (or a compatible DE-400) to the phone. A one-time calibration turns pixels into microns.

After the client’s signed consent and a two-minute record of habits and concerns, the app frames the frontal, vertex, occipital and temporal zones one by one.

02 · Real measurements
Microns, not impressions.
With calibrated optics the Detector measures fibre thickness and counts hairs per square centimetre, image by image, on the device. When an image cannot be measured reliably the field stays empty. Better empty than false.
Eight metrics per zone — frontal, vertex, occipital and temporal — plus shaft count, coverage, anisotrichosis and the vertex/occipital indices from the Detector. Two of the eight (hairs per follicle and hair volume) are the professional’s own reading, and every report is reviewed by the professional before it reaches the client.

Technical report
All zones, all metrics, the images at full resolution and the notes from the client record. For the professional’s files only: it is never handed to the client.
Client report, co-branded
Your logo next to SIMONE’s, plain language, the recommended routine. Sent by the salon, by email or WhatsApp, when the professional decides.

Honesty is the sales argument.
SIMONE PRO is built for professionals who would rather keep a client for years than sell a routine once.
No findings, no sale.
The app only recommends products for what it has measured.

Every routine starts where the hair starts.
“Nothing unusual” is a result too.
And when the images suggest a medical condition, the app flags it so the client can be referred to a dermatologist.
05 · Follow-up at 10 weeks
The second visit sells itself.
The app books the follow-up and emails the client a reminder 48 hours before. At week ten, the same zones are captured again and shown side by side: BEFORE → NOW, with the numbers. Retention you can measure, not hope for.

Before you ask.
How does the pilot work?
SIMONE PRO is in a closed test on Google Play. We add the Google account you give us in the form to the list of testers and send you the install link and your sign-up code. Pilot users get the same conditions as everyone else: first year free, then 250 € + VAT a year.
Which dermatoscope do I need?
The SIMONE PRO DE-3100, a polarised dermatoscope for trichoscopy that clips onto the phone’s camera; a DE-400 is compatible too. If you don’t have one yet, tell us in the form.
Which phones does the app run on?
During the pilot, Android phones, through Google Play. The iPhone version is coming soon: sign up now and we will let you know as soon as it opens.
Does SIMONE PRO use artificial intelligence?
Yes. The Detector measures every image on the phone, and an AI engine helps assemble the findings into the two reports. The professional reviews each report before it reaches the client, and their judgement always prevails.
Is SIMONE PRO a medical device?
No. SIMONE PRO is professional software that gives a trichological, appearance-based assessment of the hair and scalp for dermocosmetic care. It does not diagnose or treat any disease and does not replace a doctor’s opinion. When the images suggest a medical condition, the app flags it so the client can be referred to a dermatologist.
Where is my clients’ data stored?
On servers in the European Union, kept separate for each salon and encrypted in transit. Client cases are deleted automatically 12 months after the last visit, and reports reach the client only when the professional sends them. What happens after the first year?
You decide whether to renew at 250 € + VAT a year. If you don’t, there is a 30-day grace period; after it the app stops new assessments, and you keep read access to your case history and reports for the retention period set out in the terms.
Which languages is the app available in?
Eight: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Polish and Romanian — the app, the technical report and the client report.
