Partner Programme Terms
Conditions of the SIMONE TRICHOLOGY Partner Programme for professionals and content creators. Version 1, October 2026.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
The Partner Programme (the “Programme”) is run by TRICHOMEDIC LABS, S.L.U., tax identification number (NIF) B44506582, Carretera de Ribes 186, Local 2, 08520 Les Franqueses del Vallès (Barcelona), Spain, owner of the SIMONE TRICHOLOGY brand (“we”). These terms apply between us and each professional or content creator admitted to the Programme (the “Partner”).
The Partner accepts these terms when applying through the form on the Partner Programme page. We record the accepted version and the date with the application.
2. Admission
- To apply, the Partner must be of legal age and provide accurate information.
- We review every application and may accept or decline it without giving reasons. We may ask for proof of the Partner’s identity or professional activity.
- Admission is personal: the Partner may not transfer its participation, its code or its commissions to third parties.
3. The Partner code
- When we admit a Partner, we give it a personal code (for example, NAME10). Customers who apply it at checkout on www.simonehair.com receive a discount of 10 % on the price of the products, excluding shipping.
- Each customer can use the code once. The code cannot be combined with other codes or promotions and does not apply to the Hair Clinic Specialist Review or to SIMONE PRO licences.
- The code is the only way to attribute an order to the Partner. An order counts only if the code was applied at checkout; we cannot assign orders placed without it afterwards.
- We may change the customer discount with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The change does not affect orders already placed.
4. Commission
- The Partner earns a commission of 15 % of the Net Amount of each eligible order. The Net Amount is the price of the products actually paid by the customer, after discounts, excluding VAT and other taxes, shipping and any fees.
- An order is eligible when it was placed on www.simonehair.com with the Partner’s code, has been paid and shipped, and has not been cancelled, returned or refunded within 30 days of shipping. If a customer returns part of an order, the commission is calculated on the part the customer keeps.
- The following orders are not eligible: orders shipped to Poland or the United States, which are served by our exclusive distributors; orders placed by the Partner, its staff or its household for their own use; wholesale purchases; and orders that are fraudulent or obtained in breach of these terms.
- We may change the commission rate with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A change never applies to orders placed before it takes effect.
5. Statements and payment
- In the first ten days of each month we email the Partner a statement with the eligible orders confirmed in the previous month: date, destination country, Net Amount and commission. The statement never includes customers’ personal data.
- A commission is confirmed 30 days after the order ships. We pay confirmed commissions by SEPA bank transfer or PayPal within 15 days of the statement, once the confirmed balance reaches €50. Smaller balances carry over to the next month and are paid in any case when the participation ends.
- Before the first payment, the Partner provides its full name or company name, tax identification number, billing address and payment details. Partners acting as a business or as self-employed professionals issue an invoice for their commission to TRICHOMEDIC LABS, S.L.U. The Partner is responsible for its own taxes and social security contributions. We will apply any withholding required by law.
- If an order is refunded after its commission has been paid, we may deduct that commission from future payments.
6. How to promote SIMONE
- The Partner may share its code on its own website, social profiles and newsletters, and recommend the products in person to the clients of its establishment.
- Transparency. In every publication with its code, the Partner must make clear that it is a commercial relationship (for example, “ad” or “paid partnership”), as required by the law of the country where it publishes.
- Claims. SIMONE TRICHOLOGY products are cosmetic products under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. The Partner may only use the descriptions and claims in the partner kit or on our website. It must not present the products as a treatment, a cure or a medical diagnosis, must not promise results, and must not attribute before-and-after images to the products without our written approval.
- Not allowed:
- bidding in search engine ads on “SIMONE”, “SIMONE TRICHOLOGY”, “simonehair” or similar terms, or using them in domains, profiles or ads that could be confused with ours;
- publishing the code on coupon, voucher, cashback or deal websites, or in lists of discount codes;
- sending spam or unsolicited messages;
- publishing fake, incentivised or undisclosed reviews;
- reselling SIMONE TRICHOLOGY products on marketplaces or in its own online shop;
- altering our logos, images or texts beyond what the partner kit allows;
- any misleading, offensive or unlawful content.
- If we ask the Partner to correct or remove a publication, the Partner will do so within three working days.
7. Brand and materials
While its participation lasts, we grant the Partner a non-exclusive, free and revocable licence to use the SIMONE TRICHOLOGY name and logos and the materials in the partner kit, only to promote our products under these terms. The Partner acquires no other right over our trademarks or content. We will not use the Partner’s name, image or publications without its consent.
8. Personal data
We process the Partner’s data (identification, contact, tax and payment details, and its publications about SIMONE) to manage the Programme and pay commissions, on the basis of these terms and of our legal obligations. We keep the data while the participation lasts and afterwards for the periods required by tax law. The Partner can exercise its rights by writing to [email protected]. More information is in our Privacy Policy.
The Partner receives no personal data of our customers. Where the Partner handles data of its own clients, it does so as an independent controller.
9. Independent parties
The Partner acts independently. These terms create no employment, agency, franchise or exclusivity relationship. The Partner may not make commitments on our behalf. We may work with other partners in any country.
10. Duration and termination
- Participation has no fixed term. Either party may end it at any time by email; it ends 15 days later.
- We may end it immediately if the Partner breaches clause 6, acts fraudulently or harms the reputation of the brand.
- When the participation ends, we deactivate the code. We pay the confirmed commissions, and those of orders not yet confirmed once they are confirmed. In case of fraud or serious breach, the commissions of the orders concerned are not paid.
11. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit. Our total liability to the Partner is limited to the commissions paid in the twelve months before the event, except where the law does not allow this limitation. The Partner is liable for its publications and for any claim arising from its breach of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify the Partner by email at least 30 days before the new version takes effect. If the Partner does not accept it, it may end its participation before that date; otherwise the new version applies from that date.
13. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. These terms are published in several languages; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
